1.Developer commits to providing all documentation to
Second Party regarding the legal status of the plot and whatever proves that it
is suitable for freehold/Leasehold development.
2.Comply and adhere to all local laws applicable to the plot
and the building(s) to be constructed upon it including HSE requirements.

account dedicated to the project according

6. Payments shall be
made by the SECOND PARTY within (30) days from the date of Agreement. Otherwise
Agreement Expiry may also be terminated by revocation of First party upon the
substantial failure in execution by the other party
